Cancellation Policy

Tour Packages:

More than 15 days before travel date – 10% of the total cost will be charged

7–14 days before travel date – 30% of the total cost will be charged

3–6 days before travel date – 50% of the total cost will be charged

Less than 72 hours before travel or No Show – 100% cancellation fee

Car & Coach Rentals:

More than 7 days prior – 10% cancellation fee

2–6 days prior – 25% cancellation fee

Less than 48 hours – 50% of rental amount will be charged

Same day or no-show – 100% rental charge applies

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking. Transaction charges, if any, will not be refunded.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Dolphin Tourism shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by natural calamities, political unrest, traffic, or any force majeure event.

We are not responsible for loss of belongings, travel delays, or injuries during the service.

8. Modification & Cancellation by Company

Dolphin Tourism reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any service due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full or partial refund or suitable alternative will be provided.
