1. General Terms

By booking any service through Dolphin Tourism, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern all services related to Tour Packages, Car & Coach Rentals, and other travel services provided by us within Maharashtra or to destinations as specified in our offerings.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings must be made with full name, contact details, and government ID proof.

A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm any tour or rental service.

The balance amount must be paid before the start of the journey, unless otherwise specified in writing.

For custom bookings, group tours, or luxury vehicle rentals, specific payment terms may apply and will be shared during the consultation.

3. Car & Coach Rental Policy

The rates include fuel, driver charges, and applicable toll/parking only if mentioned.

Vehicle usage is limited to the itinerary confirmed at the time of booking.

Any extra kilometers, hours, or detours will be charged additionally.

The vehicle is not to be used for illegal, commercial, or sublet purposes.

4. Tour Package Policy

Tour packages include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and meals as specified.

Any personal expenses, entry tickets, or additional excursions are not included unless mentioned.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification and follow destination-specific travel guidelines.
